The "Cluster Calibration" and "Cluster Calibration 2" functions update the instrument cluster's working data over OBDII on CAN vehicles from the FCA group. They are used when the module has been replaced with a second-hand unit, to avoid mismatches and driveability problems. The first function also covers calibration of the BOSCH EDC16 engine ECU, the second one covers the group's more recent models.

Procedure
Check on the Abrites website or web store that the model appears in the full list of vehicles supported for calibration.
Connect the AVDI to the OBDII socket and switch the ignition ON.
On models fitted with a security gateway module use the CB019 cable: it is mandatory on Jeep Wrangler (JL) 2018+, Jeep Gladiator (JT) 2020+, Maserati Levante (tested on the 2022 hybrid facelift), Jeep Grand Cherokee (WK2) 2011-2022 and Dodge RAM (DT) 2019+.
Start the FCA software and open "Cluster Calibration" for the older models, or "Cluster Calibration 2" for the more recent FCA group models.
Select the vehicle make and model in the selection window.
Wait for the software to connect to the instrument cluster and read the current calibration data.
Enter the value to be calibrated and confirm. On Dodge RAM (DT) 2019+ the function calibrates both the odometer and the engine hours.
For calibration of the BOSCH EDC16 engine ECU use the "Cluster Calibration" function: versions tested on Fiat Croma, Alfa 159, Fiat 16, New Fiat Bravo 1.6 JTD, New Lancia Delta 1.6 JTD, Alfa GTV 1.9 JTD.
When finished, cycle the ignition off and on and check that the value shown by the instrument cluster is the expected one and that no warning lamps or mismatch faults appear.
