Abrites transponder emulators: TA30 and TA68 DST-AES, TA41 Subaru, TA51 Megamos AES, TA64 HITAG-AES, ZN039-2 and ZN066

Abrites transponder emulators replace the key chip when the original is not available or cannot be programmed. The TA30 emulates every DST-AES with Page 1 equal to 88, A8 and A9, and lets you write and lock all EEPROM pages and all keys; the TA41 emulates a master key for Subaru models with the H-type mechanical blade.

Procedure

1. Identify the transponder type the vehicle needs: DST-AES, Megamos AES (ID88), HITAG-AES or a make-specific emulator.
2. For DST-AES with Page 1 equal to 88, A8 or A9 use the TA30 - Abrites DST-AES transponder emulator (or the TA68, same family): it covers not only the latest-generation Toyota models but every vehicle using these transponders.
3. Program the TA30 with Abrites TagKeyTool and the PROTAG: from there you can write and lock all EEPROM pages and write and lock all keys.
4. If needed, run the TIRIS AES verification of an AES1 crypto key with the Abrites software.
5. Remember the TA30 is reusable: all previously locked pages can be unlocked, so the same emulator will serve for several jobs.
6. For Subaru with the H-type mechanical blade in an ALL KEYS LOST situation, use the TA41 - Subaru DST-AES emulator together with special function SB001; program it with the ZN002.
7. The TA41 can also be programmed and used as an actual vehicle key, covering the functionality of the ZN066 - Subaru transponder emulator, but in that case a PROTAG is required.
8. For Toyota you can alternatively use the ZN039-2 - Toyota transponder emulator; for Megamos AES ID88 the TA51; for HITAG-AES the TA64.
9. Once the emulator is programmed, fit it in the vehicle and complete the key learning procedure from the Abrites software.
