Procedure
Remove the BCM from the vehicle, open it and expose the board.
Solder the wires to the points shown in the manual photos on pages 47-48 for the Renault X95 BCM.
Respect the colour/pin assignment on the DB25 that applies to Renault and Audi BCMs: blue wire to PIN 5, red wire to PIN 20, black wire to PIN 14, green wire to PIN 25, brown wire to PIN 6, yellow wire to PIN 13.
Check every connection with a multimeter, especially ground (black, PIN 14) and supply (red, PIN 20).
Connect the harness to the DB-25 on the ZN045 and the ZN045 to the DB-15 on the AVDI.
In the ABPROG software select "MCU" and then the "Renault (X95) BCM" option.
Start the read and save the resulting dump to the PC.
Carefully desolder the wires and close the module back up before refitting it to the vehicle.
