⚠ WarningUse this function only to realign the vehicle's true value after a module has been replaced: note the value you read before changing it, so you can put it back if something goes wrong.
Procedure
Plug the AVDI into the OBDII socket, turn the ignition ON and start Abrites Diagnostics for Volvo.
Open the special functions menu and select "Cluster Calibration" with a double-click.
On the function's first screen select the vehicle you are working on, if you have not already selected it earlier.
Wait for the software to read the value currently stored in the module and note it down.
Verify the vehicle's true mileage from the original module or the service documentation before entering any value.
Enter the correct value in the field provided and confirm the update.
Read the value back to confirm the write went through.
Cycle the ignition off and on, then check that the instrument cluster shows the correct value and run a final DTC scan.
