Procedure
Check the contents of the SET307: CB307 - Direct CAN-BUS connection cable for BMW bikes and ANT001 - Key transponder antenna for BMW bikes.
If the BMW bike has the dedicated diagnostic socket and you only need diagnostics, connect the AVDI with the CB008 - AVDI cable for BMW bike diagnostic connector.
For key programming, connect the CB307 directly to the bike CAN-BUS instead, on the bench or on the vehicle as the case requires.
Place the ANT001 antenna over the key to be programmed, so the transponder is read correctly.
Start the Abrites software and select the matching procedure: add a spare key or ALL KEYS LOST.
Follow the on-screen prompts through to the end and check the bike starts with the newly programmed key.
