Real-time parameter monitoring (Live Values) on Nissan and Infiniti

Real-time value monitoring shows how a module behaves while the vehicle is working: useful for chasing intermittent faults and for confirming that a repair has worked before handing the car back.

Procedure

1. From the main screen, after the scan, go into the module you want to analyse.
2. Press the "Live Value" button inside the module.
3. Select the parameters you want to keep an eye on from the list: pick only the ones you need, so the refresh stays quick.
4. Choose the display mode: value query or graph display.
5. Watch how the values behave under the operating conditions that reproduce the fault (engine running, under load, at temperature).
6. Compare the readings with the expected values to pinpoint the component that is out of specification, then repeat the reading after the repair to validate it.
