Programming Megamos AES blade keys on the Fiat Pandina 2025+ (BCM R7F701057)

Programming Megamos AES blade keys on the Fiat Pandina from 2025 onwards. The PIN is extracted by reading the BCM with the ZN085 programmer; FCA Online then pulls it automatically from the Abrites server and guides the learning of the virgin key with the ProTag.

Procedure

1. Remove the BCM from the Fiat Pandina and connect it to the ZN085 ABRITES RH850/V850 programmer following the wiring diagram available inside the software.
2. Open the RH850/V850 software and select "Fiat BCM R7F701057", then read the unit to extract the PIN.
3. Once the read is complete, refit the BCM to the vehicle.
4. Connect the CB012 - Direct CAN-BUS Connection Cable Set, tapping into the internal CAN behind one of the connectors near the BCM: the white-green wire of the vehicle harness is CAN-H and goes to the red connector of the CB012, the brown wire is CAN-L and goes to the blue connector.
5. Connect the AVDI, power the vehicle from an external supply and start the FCA Online software with an active Internet connection.
6. Open the "Key Learning" menu and select the "Megamos AES" option.
7. Let FCA Online pull the PIN automatically from the Abrites server.
8. Insert a compatible virgin key into the ZN003 ProTag programmer and complete the guided procedure, following the on-screen messages step by step.
9. At the end of the job check that the vehicle starts with the newly programmed key.
