To extract the password from the EIS/EZS of an Actros in an All Keys Lost situation you have to feed the unit through the ZN051's fuse relay. There are two scenarios, depending on whether or not the truck has fuse 17.

⚠ WarningThe ZN051 Distribution Box is mandatory: without the fuse relay, password extraction from the EIS/EZS will not work. The CB022 must be plugged onto exactly the connector specified (the top left one), which also carries the EIS/EZS supply.
Procedure
Get to the fuse box in the passenger footwell by removing the panel.
Check whether the truck is fitted with fuse 17.
CASE A - truck WITH fuse 17: pull fuse 17 out of its slot.
CASE A - plug the fuse relay cable supplied in the ZN051 set into the fuse slot; this is what feeds the EIS/EZS for password extraction.
CASE B - truck WITHOUT fuse 17: get hold of the CB022 Actros jumper cable.
CASE B - connect the CB022 between the SAM (fuse box) and the EIS/EZS. The connector you need is the top left one and it carries three wires, one of which is the EIS/EZS supply: the CB022 goes onto exactly that connector.
CASE B - then connect the fuse relay (red cable) from the ZN051 set to the CB022: it is the CB022 itself that provides the additional fuse needed for password extraction.
Connect the ZN051 to the AVDI and the AVDI to the OBDII port with the CB106 cable.
Go ahead with password extraction from the EIS/EZS using the ZN075 IR adapter, from the "Key" menu of the FBS (DAS) Manager.
