Connecting to the fuse box on the Setra S515HD bus with the CB025 cable (fuse F61)

Camion / Bus Interface Classic Hardware / Connections Medium ⏱ 20-30 min 6 steps

On Setra buses key programming requires a fuse relay connection through the CB025 extension on fuse F61. This procedure describes where the fuse box is and how the connection is made.

Required licences

Hardware / cables

  • AVDI
  • CB106
  • ZN051
  • CB025

Procedure

  1. Locate the Setra's fuse box: it is above the front right wheel. The Setra S515HD's SAM is housed in the same compartment, so the CAN wires are there too if you need them.
  2. Open the fuse box and find fuse 61 (F61).
  3. Pull fuse F61 out of its slot.
  4. Plug the CB025 fuse relay extension in its place.
  5. Connect the CB025 to the fuse relay slots on the ZN051 DS Box.
  6. Connect the ZN051 to the AVDI and the AVDI to the OBDII port with the CB106 cable, then go ahead with the function you need in the FBS (DAS) Manager.
