The "Teach keys" function for the Porsche Cayenne up to 2010: it learns 1 to 4 transponder keys to the vehicle. You need the 4-digit immobiliser code (Login), which is read from the ECU over OBDII on Bosch petrol units or extracted from the Kessy module configuration dump.

⚠ WarningThe number of keys you enter defines the final set: have all the keys ready before you start. If the Login code isn't available over OBDII you have to remove the Kessy and get it from the dump with the "Dump Tool" function.
Procedure
Get hold of the 4-digit immobiliser code (Login): read it from the ECU over OBDII (possible on Bosch petrol units) or extract it from the Kessy module configuration data dump with the "Dump Tool" special function.
Check the keys to be learned are already prepared: if they are not genuine dealer keys they must first be prepared with the "Program dealer key" function for the Cayenne (-2010).
Connect the AVDI to the Cayenne's OBDII socket and start "Abrites Diagnostics for Porsche".
Open the "Special Functions", select "Key learning" and press "Open".
Select the model "Cayenne (-2010)" and the "Teach keys" function, then press "Next".
Enter the 4-digit immobiliser code (Login) in the window that appears and press "Next".
Enter the number of keys to be learned (1 to 4) and press "Next": the learning procedure starts.
Follow the on-screen prompts, putting each key to be learned into the ignition lock.
When the procedure is finished, check the car starts with all the programmed keys.
