On Porsche models with the immo V system (Panamera, Cayenne 9PA, 911 991, Boxster 981, Macan, Spyder) the "BCM Front", "BCM Rear", "ELV" and "DME" modules - plus the "Transmission" module on the Macan - have to be learned to the master BCM Front. This function lets you replace one of these modules with a new one or one from another car and adapt it.

⚠ WarningFor every module you ALWAYS need the DFlash dump of the BCM Front of the car the module will be fitted to. You also need either the ConfigData dump of the new module or the DFlash dump of the donor car's BCM Front. Without these dumps the procedure cannot be run. Until the slave modules are adapted the car will not work: the DME will not start the engine, the ELV will not release the steering, the BCM Rear will not perform its functions, and an unlearned BCM Front blocks everything else.
Procedure
Locate and read the DFlash dump of the receiving car's BCM Front with the programmer and save it on the PC.
Obtain the second dump: ConfigData of the new module, or the DFlash of the BCM Front of the donor car the module came from.
Connect the AVDI to the OBDII socket, switch the ignition on, start "Abrites Diagnostics for Porsche", then open the special function "Immo V adaptation".
BCM ADAPTATION: load the required dumps (step 1), enter the car's VIN (step 2), state the number of keys to be learned (step 3), leaving "0" if no new keys need learning, and wait for the procedure to complete (step 4).
ECU/DME ADAPTATION: choose one of the 3 available adaptation options (step 1), load the car's BCM Front dump (step 2), load the ECU flash dump (step 3), load the ECU EEPROM dump (step 4), check that the VIN shown matches the car's (step 5) and wait for the procedure to finish (step 6).
ELV ADAPTATION: choose one of the two available adaptation options (step 1), load the car's BCM Front dump (step 2), load the ELV EEPROM dump (step 3), check that the VIN matches the car's (step 4) and wait for confirmation that the ELV is adapted (step 5).
Write the resulting dumps back into the modules as the procedure requires, refit and check: engine start, steering release, BCM Rear functions and keys.
Clear the DTCs and run a full diagnostic scan again.
