On the Ford Transit 2006, 2010 and 2013-on, working all keys lost with the alarm active locks the BCM and it refuses to enter a diagnostic session: keys can neither be programmed nor erased and the procedure fails. This is the practical way round the block.

⚠ WarningOnce the key work is finished you must go back into the CCC and re-enable the alarm by restoring the parameter to its original value: the vehicle must not be handed back with the alarm disabled.
Procedure
Connect the AVDI to the Transit and open the Ford/Mazda diagnostics.
Select the CCC - "Central Car Configuration" function.
Read the configuration from the master BCM module ("Read the config from the Master BCM module").
In the parameter list look for the "11 Alarm" parameter: it is set to "01 Alarm".
Change the value to "02 No Alarm" and write the configuration to the BCM.
The BCM is now unlocked: you can enter the key erasing/programming function and run the all keys lost procedure.
Once the key work is complete, go back into the CCC and re-enable the alarm by restoring the "11 Alarm" parameter to its original value.
