MMI Functions — enable/disable infotainment features

VAG Interface New Configuration / MMI Basic ⏱ 5 min 4 steps

The MMI Functions menu lets you enable or disable MMI system features with simple toggles: Wi-Fi Hotspot, Offroad menu, displays (clock, etc.), trailer camera, mirror linking, three-way calling and more.

Required licences

  • Licenza VAG di base

Hardware / cables

  • AVDI
  • Cavo OBDII

Procedure

  1. Open "Special functions" and select "MMI functions".
  2. The feature is listed on the left, the toggle to turn it on or off is on the right.
  3. Set the features you need.
  4. Press "Restart MMI" to reboot the system and test the changes straight away.
