Immo V manual adaptation: ECU, TCU and electric steering lock (ESL)

The "Immo V adapt manual" special function lets you manually adapt the engine ECU, the transmission control unit and the electric steering lock (ESL) on Immo V vehicles — that is, BCM2 and MQB cars — when you already have the Component security bytes.

Procedure

1. Open the "Immo V adapt manual" special function.
2. Enter the current Component security bytes of the module to be adapted.
3. Enter the new Component security bytes.
4. Enter the Power class.
5. Confirm: MAC synchronisation is carried out automatically once the immobiliser's Component security bytes have been entered.
