EZS Kessy CAN: reading and changing the VIN

Lets you read and change the chassis number (VIN) stored in the EZS-Kessy EEPROM.

Procedure

  1. Connect the AVDI to the car and open the "EZS Kessy CAN" special function.
  2. Enter the login (PIN) and the component security bytes (see the dedicated procedure): without this data the operation will fail.
  3. Press "read" to read the EZS Kessy's current VIN.
  4. To change it, enter the new VIN and press "write".
