Adapting the transmission (TCU) on Audi A6/Q7/Allroad 2003+

VAG Interface Classic Keys / Immo Advanced ⏱ varies 6 steps

A function dedicated to adapting a used transmission from one vehicle to another on Audi A6/Q7/Allroad 2003+. You need the existing PIN and CS of the used transmission, which can be extracted by reading the EZS-Kessy or the engine ECU of the donor car.

⚠ WarningWithout the transmission's PIN/CS it cannot be adapted using this method: in that case you have to use the EM003 emulator technique.

Procedure

  1. Go into "Immo Parts Adaptation" and select the ECU option.
  2. Let it autodetect the IMMO data from the engine ECU and save it.
  3. Go back into "Immo Parts Adaptation" and select "Transmission A6".
  4. Load a dump file or enter the donor TCU's immo data.
  5. Enter the ECU Power Class and continue.
  6. Enter the desired IMMO data and press "Update".
