Bench programming of H-type keys with the ZN067 adapter

Toyota/Lexus Interface Classic Keys / Immo Advanced ⏱ 30-60 min 5 steps

When working on the car is not possible, an immobiliser with H-type mechanical key can be connected straight to the AVDI through the ZN067 adapter and programmed on the bench.

Procedure

  1. Remove the immobiliser module from the vehicle and take it to the bench.
  2. Connect the immobiliser to the AVDI through the ZN067 adapter following the bench reading connection diagram in the manual (pages 20-21).
  3. Start Abrites Diagnostics for Toyota/Lexus/Scion and follow the on-screen messages of the procedure: they dictate the order of connections and confirmations.
  4. Use the "Transponder Tool" function to prepare and present the "H" keys the procedure asks for, with the PROTAG connected to the PC.
  5. Once programming is complete, refit the module to the vehicle and check ignition and starting with the programmed keys.
