VMax calibration — speed limiter

Mercedes Interface New Special Functions Advanced ⏱ 5–10 min 4 steps

Handles the speed limiter through the ECU and the CPC. Here too the CPC has preset values that represent the maximum achievable (e.g. C217 C63 AMG 5.5 biturbo de-restricted up to 310 km/h; facelift 4.0 biturbo up to 300 km/h, against the 251 km/h stock limit).

Hardware / cables

⚠ WarningThe CPC has preset maximum values that cannot be exceeded. The changes have to be made both in the ECU (Smart Functions) and, where needed, in the CPC_NG.

Procedure

  1. Go to the diagnostic screen and run a Scan.
  2. Enter the ECU.
  3. Open the "Smart Functions" menu and set the limit values.
  4. If required, apply the changes in the CPC unit (CPC_NG) as well.
