Mercedes FBS4 Manager (722.9 and CRD3 renew, VIN change)

Mercedes Interface New Keys / Immo Advanced ⏱ 30–60 min 4 steps

A dedicated function for the latest-generation FBS (DAS) modules (FBS4, roughly 2015 onwards). It covers renewing 722.9 7G Tronic gearboxes (VGSNAG2) and CRD 3.x engine ECUs, all over OBD or internal CAN, plus VIN change on the supported units.

  • Licenza FBS4 Manager

Hardware / cables

  • AVDIAVDI
  • Cavo OBDII o accesso CAN interno
⚠ WarningFollow the on-screen instructions exactly to avoid damage. The sequence is: VIN write → Flash read → upload the modified Flash → confirm VIN write.

Procedure

  1. Enter an FBS4 module and click "FBS4 Manager" on the left.
  2. Select the operation: 722.9 renew (VGSNAG2), CRD 3.x renew, or VIN change.
  3. Follow the guided sequence (VIN write, Flash read, modified Flash upload) without deviating from the instructions.
  4. Wait for the completion confirmation.
