The All Keys Lost procedure is used when the Honda has no working key left. It programs a new key and at the same time erases all the existing keys from the vehicle.

AVDI
⚠ WarningAll Keys Lost removes every key already programmed to the car: at the end the vehicle will have a single working key, the one you have just made. If the customer needs two keys, after the AKL you have to go back into "Key Learning" and use the key you have just made to add a second one.
Procedure
Confirm it really is an All Keys Lost case: none of the customer's keys starts the car or is recognised by it. If one key still works, use the "Key Learning" function instead.
Warn the customer that at the end of the procedure all the old keys will be erased and will be unusable.
Connect the AVDI to the OBDII socket and start Abrites Diagnostics for Honda; let the vehicle auto-detection complete.
Open the key special functions and start the all keys lost procedure.
Follow the on-screen guide step by step: when "Turn IGN ON" appears turn the ignition ON, when "Turn IGN OFF" appears turn the ignition off, respecting the order and the timings given by the software.
Wait for the procedure completed successfully message: the new key is programmed and all the previous keys have been removed from the vehicle.
Test the new key: unlocking, ignition and engine start.
If a second key is needed, open the "Key Learning" function and use the key just made with the AKL as the working key to add a second key to the vehicle.
